What’s included in the ready-to-book packages?Each package includes one or more professional bartenders, cocktail ingredients, ice, glassware, and all tools required for service of cocktails.

Are the packages cocktails only?Yes, our packages are designed around a curated cocktail experience. However, our bartenders are happy to serve any wine, beer, or non-cocktail drinks you provide at your event.

Can I customise the drinks or menu?The cocktail menu is fixed per package, and you may select 2 cocktail options from our seasonal list. If you're after something more specific, limited customisation can be discussed with advance notice and will incur a surcharge.

How long does the bartender stay at the event?Service generally includes up to 3 hours of bartending time. If you’d like to extend your event, you can add extra hours during the booking process.

Can I book and pay online?Yes, booking is simple and instant. Just choose your package, select your date, add any extras, and check out securely. You’ll receive confirmation immediately.

Can I customise the bar look and cocktail menu?Yes. All weddings and high-end events are fully tailored, from bar styling to bespoke cocktails curated just for your event.

Do you work with wedding planners or directly with couples?Both. We frequently collaborate with planners, stylists, venues, or work directly with private clients.

Are you able to set up in outdoor or remote venues?Yes, we bring fully mobile bar setups that work in gardens, marquees, rooftops, and private properties with or without existing infrastructure.

What’s included in your high-end offering?Everything you need for the bar to be running smoothly! We include premium spirits, soft drinks, ingredients, custom bar, glassware, bartenders, and pre-event tasting sessions (upon request).

Do you provide service for champagne, wine, or spirits outside cocktails?Yes. While we specialise in cocktails, we also offer wine service, champagne towers, and complete beverage packages for high-end events.

Do you handle all liquor licensing and compliance?Yes, we manage all RSA-compliant licensing, council permits, and event-specific requirements for public and ticketed events.

Can you operate multiple bars across large festival sites?Absolutely. We specialise in scalable bar setups, from single-point stations to full-site multi-bar operations with real-time reporting.

Do you provide your own staff and POS system?Yes, our team includes experienced bar managers, RSA-certified bartenders, and we supply all POS systems and terminals.

Can you activate a brand or product as part of the bar service?Definitely. We work with brand teams to create tailored bar activations, branded menus, and immersive guest experiences.

How far in advance do we need to book festival services?The earlier the better! We recommend securing your date at least 2–3 months in advance, but we can accommodate tighter timelines when needed.
